You can place orders directly through our website. Once you receive an email confirmation from us, your order is accepted and binding.

Each piece is handmade and unique. Variations in color, finish, and dimensions are natural and part of the beauty of artisanal work.

All prices are listed in GBP (£). Payment must be made in full before dispatch. We accept debit/credit cards, bank transfers, and other methods listed at checkout.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size of the artwork. For oversized or commissioned works, a bespoke delivery quote will be provided.

Ownership transfers to you once the product is collected by the carrier. Any in-transit damage must be claimed with the carrier, though we can assist in filing claims.

Please inspect your delivery immediately. Note any visible damages on the delivery slip. Concealed damage must be reported within 24 hours, and original packaging should be kept until inspection is complete.

Because our works are unique or made to order, returns, cancellations, and exchanges are not possible unless the item is defective or damaged.

We will repair or replace the item within the normal production time. Refunds are only offered if replacement is not possible.

Delivery times vary depending on location and product type. Standard handling time is 0–3 days, with transit times depending on your destination and shipping method.

We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure events such as strikes, natural disasters, or transport issues.

All orders are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
